Sardis Presbyterian Church, Myers Park Presbyterian Church, The Park Church, and RP3 Strategies invite you to join us for an exclusive screening of a very American story that has roots in the cemetery at Sardis Presbyterian and continues to inspire and transform communities.

50 years after they graduated from high school, classmates Jimmie and De Kirkpatrick reconnect after a shocking discovery changes their lives. Come join us on September 4 at 6:30 PM for a thought-provoking event featuring a screening followed by a lively talk back session with Jimmie and De Kirkpatrick, facilitated by Bob Johnson of RP3 Strategies. If you’re unable to attend, we invite you to Myers Park Presbyterian Church on September 5 at 6:30 PM. 

All participants are invited to return for an in-depth community dialogue using the patented Learning From The Future process, facilitated by RP3 Strategies, and featuring Ministers Ricky and Julia Moore of Moore Grace Ministries to explore the history of the Church and slavery, with a focus on slave cemeteries and the impact it has on us today.
