A morning about growing as we share and serve

One Sunday, three generations of stories, and a whole church family growing together. Come for donuts, stay for worship, and spend the morning passing your Sardis story down the line — bring the kids, bring your grandparents, bring a friend.

Schedule of the Day

• 9:30 a.m. Donuts & Name Tags: Swing by the Sanctuary Covered Drive for coffee, donuts, and your brand-new Sardis name tag before worship begins.
• 10:00 a.m. Worship in the Sanctuary: Nursery open 9:45–11:00 AM. We’ll sing across generations — from the 1866 hymn “I Love to Tell the Story” (#462) to newer favorites — with child, youth, and adult lay leaders sharing in leading worship.
• 11:00 a.m. Celebration in the Fellowship Hall: Intergenerational activities, lunch, & mission project. Don’t forget to pick up your Stewardship packets!

What is the Mission Project?

Making bookmarks! Write a prayer or word of encouragement on the back, then tie on a string and beads for a decorative tassel. Sunday School classes — kids and adults — will keep making these all year long. Take an extra for a friend, and drop finished bookmarks in the baskets at the entrance to be shared with our mission partners:
