Presbytery of Charlotte Day of Mission

Join us for a day of service, connection, and worship!

Saturday, March 21, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
CN Jenkins Presbyterian Church
1421 Statesville Ave, Charlotte, NC 28206
(Gather in the auditorium)

Everyone Is Welcome

All ages and abilities—children, teens, and adults—are invited to participate in this meaningful day together.

Our Vision

We pray that this partnership awakens us to the light of Christ in one another as we make connections and serve alongside others from the Presbytery. Further, we pray that this partnership actively shows the wider community that the Presbytery of Charlotte loves our neighbors, seeks to do justice, and aims to walk with love, faith, and humility.

What to Expect

The morning begins with coffee and light breakfast refreshments as you connect with members from other churches and participate in interactive reflection and prayer stations. Connectional and worshipful activities will incorporate art, movement, music, and more.

You’ll be intentionally placed into groups with members from multiple Presbytery congregations. Several groups will disperse to serve at nearby Charlotte nonprofits including Beds for Kids and Crisis Assistance. Others will participate in hands-on mission activities on site at CN Jenkins that will benefit Roof Above. Church buses will transport participants to offsite mission activities, though we may need some participants to drive their own vehicles. Please note age requirements for some sites listed on the registration form.

We’ll gather back together at CN Jenkins for lunch and celebrations to conclude the day and inspire us to continue our shared mission and ministry long after.

What to Bring

  • A willing spirit and open heart ready to connect with others and serve together in our community
  • Closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing
  • A reusable water bottle

Currently, all planned activities will occur indoors. More details will be shared with participants closer to the event.
