Maundy ThursdayApril 14
Join us for our Maundy Thursday Tenebrae service at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary or live on Facebook & YouTube. Come on “A Walk through Holy Week” where we will hear of Jesus’ last days on earth, celebrate communion and hear from “witnesses” as they react to Jesus’ last words from the cross.

Good FridayApril 15
You are invited to Sardis Baptist Church at noon as we partner with them and St. Stephen UMC for our annual Good Friday Service.  This year’s gathering will offer a new way to experience Good Friday. Congregants will gather on the Sardis Baptist labyrinth for a brief time of prayer and singing. Afterwards, everyone is invited to visit seven stations of devotion/reflection located along the walking trails surrounding the labyrinth. Each station will feature a unique piece of artwork, as well as a self-guided devotion. Participants are encouraged to engage each station at their own pace.  Can’t make it at noon? The stations will be made available for the duration of Holy Week. Virtual and printed copies of the self-guided devotions will also be made available. For those unable to walk the course of stations, seating areas will be provided in both the labyrinth and sanctuary. We hope you will make plans to join us either in person or virtually. Children and families are welcome. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
