Children & Youth Basketball
We partner with the Metrolina Ministries Youth Basketball League. This league is comprised of over 30 churches in and around the Charlotte area. The purpose of MMYBL is to provide a ministry opportunity for each church within the league. The league strives to provide a competitive, but wholesome environment where the character of Christ is displayed. The league is open to those 5 years old to 18 years old.
Practices begin the first week of November with games starting in December and running through February.

Yoga
Yoga meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. in the Sardis House. The cost is $5/session. For more information, contact the church office 704.366.1854.
Adult Pick-up Basketball
We play each Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. For more information contact Clay Sellers.
Pickleball
We play each Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall starting mid-March through the end of October. For more information, contact Micah Martin.
Exercise Group
This group of adults meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. in Room 202. For more information, contact Cynthia Perry.
Sardis Walkers
We meet at 7:00 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the Gathering Place and walk around the campus. For more information contact Jan Torrence.
